Erick and Marley's Playdate

Ever since our goddaughter Marley was born she has held a special place in both mine and my husband's hearts. We don't know how she does it but she has been able to completely captivate us. Basically, we're obsessed with this kid. We used to absolutely smother her (and drive her crazy) but now that she is old enough she LOVES the attention. However, I must admit.. Erick is ten times better with her than I am. Marley is the kind of kid that literally never stops. She is constantly in motion and in the process of planning her next adventure. There is no down time with her. If you want to play with Marley you're going to play hard, she doesn't mess around. While I find ways to distract her or convince her out of her grand plans, Erick lets her boss him around and will literally do anything she tells him to. From the time we get there til the time we leave, he follows her crazy imagination and plays every role with enthusiasm .. robot, princess, you name it. Meanwhile, I sit and watch as my heart melts into a sloppy puddle. It is literally the CUTEST thing I have ever seen. I can't get enough of how cute their relationship is.. Its too much.
